  • Respond to inquiries and requests via telephone and email in a timely fashion
  • Document inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
  • Escalate inquires and requests to appropriate channels where applicable
  • Display a courteous and empathetic attitude
  • Perform research to answer inquiries and requests

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be flexible, responsible, positive and able to confidently communicate
  • Strong smart decision making and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
